Pump Design Features

TKF series pumps are designed for pumping non-abrasive liquids containing small particles.
The TKF series pump has a single impeller, and the pump and motor are connected by a coupling, providing the advantage of easy disassembly.
Pump dimensions conform to EN 733 - DIN 24255 standards.
Suction and discharge flanges comply with EN 1092-2 / PN 16 standards.
TKF series pumps have a closed impeller, with impeller blades positioned between balancing holes to minimize axial load through dynamic load balancing.
Sealing is provided by gland packing, and mechanical seals can also be used upon customer request.
The pump is designed for easy disassembly, allowing for quick replacement of the impeller, bearings, and seals.
All impellers are statically and dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940 Class 6.3.
In addition to 29 standard models, 10 complementary models are designed in accordance with EN 733 standards. The main dimensions of these complementary models may differ from those of other manufacturers.
The direction of rotation is clockwise when viewed from the driver end.
Optionally, pumps can be manufactured with shaft bushings and/or wear rings.
