Pump Design Features

Horizontal shaft, volute casing, single-stage, end-suction, closed-impeller centrifugal pumps.
The main dimensions are designed in accordance with the EN 733 standard.
Designed in compliance with the EU 547/2012 energy efficiency regulation.
In addition to the 29 models in the EN 733 standard, an extended product range is offered with 17 complementary models.
Suction and discharge flanges comply with the TS EN 1092-2 / PN 16 standard.
ANSI/ASME flange option is available upon request.
Thanks to the back pull-out design, the bearing assembly, stuffing box, pump shaft, and impeller can be removed without disconnecting the volute casing from the piping system. In case of an optional spacer coupling application, the rotor group of the pump can be removed without detaching the electric motor.
All impellers are dynamically or statically balanced in accordance with the ISO 1940 class 6.3 standard.
Axial thrust is optimized with balancing holes on the impeller.
For fire-fighting applications, the specially designed TKF 40-315, 50-315, 65-315, 80-315, 100-315, and 125-250 models can operate at 3000 rpm.
Pumps can be manufactured with wear rings and/or shaft sleeves upon request.
The bearing housings feature an externally grease-lubricated system, ensuring long-lasting and reliable operation. This system provides better heat dissipation and load resistance under harsh operating conditions, while also optimizing maintenance intervals and allowing for appropriate grease selection. Optionally, oil-lubricated or permanently grease-sealed bearing systems can also be applied.
For models with a 65 mm or larger shaft end, oil-lubricated bearings are used.
