Pump Design Features
  • Horizontal shaft, single-stage, end-suction, open-impeller, self-priming check valve centrifugal pumps.
  • Thanks to its self-priming design, the pump can be positioned above the suction well, requiring only the suction line to be inside the well.
  • It can be driven by a diesel or electric motor.
  • Suction and discharge flanges comply with the TS EN 1092-2 / PN 16 standard; optionally, an ANSI/ASME flange option is also available.
  • The TKF-KE series consists of four different types: 4”, 6”, 8”, and 10”.
  • All impellers are dynamically or statically balanced in accordance with the ISO 1940 class 6.3 standard.
  • Thanks to its open and two-bladed impeller design, the pump can handle solid particles up to 76 mm (3”), depending on the pump size.
  • The direction of rotation is clockwise when viewed from the motor side.
  • The wear plate design minimizes wear between the impeller and casing, ensuring long-lasting and high-efficiency operation.
  • The front-removable suction cover allows easy access to the impeller, stuffing box, and packing without interfering with the suction and discharge piping.
