Our Production Planning and R&D Approaches
- Our production planning and R&D department effectively utilize advanced CAD software for modeling part designs in 3D. The weight and geometry of cast parts help us identify potential risks in the production process, and this information is used to minimize risks through simulation of the casting process. Thus, we determine ideal mold designs and casting parameters to both reduce costs and achieve high-quality results. These determined parameters are applied as detailed instructions for the complete production of the desired products.
Raw Material Selection and Control
- We place special importance on the selection of high-quality raw materials for quality production. In this context, we meticulously carry out our acceptance procedures with seven different laboratory devices and various measuring instruments.
Modeling Processes
- The designs of our production planning and R&D teams are prepared for modeling using various materials such as wood or aluminum, depending on the requested production quantity.
Our Molding Techniques
- Resin Molding Line: Dimensions of 1600x2100x1200, with a capacity of 25 molds per day. We successfully mold jobs ranging from 30 kg to 600 kg with a 30 ton/hour resin mixer. Furan resin is used, and 95% of the sand is recycled through thermal reclamation. Surfaces are coated with water-based paint and processed in a drying oven, thus ensuring high surface quality.
- Fully Automatic Green Sand Molding Line: Dimensions of 800X800X500, operating with a production capacity of 120 molds per hour. Parts from 1 kg to 60 kg are produced on this line.
- Resin Hand Molding: Ideal for heavy jobs ranging from 200 to 1500 kg. Used for a small number of large jobs.
Melting and Casting
- We have two double pot furnaces with a capacity of 2000 kg each, and one single pot furnace with a capacity of 500 kg. These furnaces can perform melting processes within 45 minutes and are equipped with an automatic weighing system. Our single-piece castings can be made up to 4000 kg.
Grinding and Cleaning
- After casting, parts are cleaned in a blasting machine and surface treatments are done with various grinding tools. Then they are brought to their final form with another blasting process.
