Pump Design Features

Horizontal, helical, single-stage, end-suction, closed impeller monoblock centrifugal pumps.
The main dimensions of the body comply with TS EN 733 standards.
Designed according to EU 547/2012 energy regulation.
Suction and discharge flanges are compatible with TS EN 1092-2 / PN 16.
Flanges in steel or stainless steel body pumps are suitable for TS EN 1092-1 / PN 16. Production with ANSI/ASME flanges is also possible upon request.
Pumps are used with electric motors in high-efficiency class compliant with IEC frame sizes.
All impellers are dynamically or statically balanced according to ISO 1940 class 6.3.
Axial force is balanced with impeller balancing holes system.
Rotation direction is clockwise when viewed from the motor.
Monoblock pumps are smaller and lighter compared to norm centrifugal pumps with the same hydraulic characteristics.
Optionally, pumps can be manufactured with wear rings and/or shaft sleeves.
The pump shaft is connected to the motor shaft with a coupling or rigid coupling, and the axial and radial forces of the pump are supported by motor bearings.
