Pump Design Features

Centrifugal pumps with horizontal / vertical shaft, large volute, single stage, end suction, closed, semi-open or vortex (free flow) impeller.
With 18 basic dimensions, it covers a wide working area.
Thanks to the back pull-out design, the bearing assembly, seal bearing, pump shaft and impeller can be removed without disconnecting the volute from the piping. (optionally, in case of intermediate bush coupling application, the rotor assembly of the pump can be removed without removing the electric motor)
The discharge flanges comply with TS EN 1092 - 2 / PN 10.
All impellers are dynamically or statically balanced in accordance with ISO 1940 class 6.3.
Axial force is balanced by balancing vanes behind the impeller.
Direction of rotation is clockwise as viewed from the motor side.
Bearings of all DPT-DI type pumps up to 150-315 (inclusive) size are “sealed with grease for life” type and larger size pumps are liquid lubricated type. In case of vertical mounting (DPT-DI-M), grease lubricated bearings are always used.
