Pump Design Features

Horizontal, single-stage, split-body, diffuser-equipped, multi-stage centrifugal pumps with opposite impeller design.
These pumps are available in two models, with discharge flange diameters of DN 40 and DN 50.
Suction flanges conform to EN 1092-2 / PN 16, while discharge flanges comply with EN 1092-2 / PN 40 (up to PN 63) standards. For pumps made of stainless steel, flanges are in accordance with the EN 1092-1 standard pressure class.
In the standard configuration, the suction flange is located on the coupling side (right), and the discharge flange is on the opposite end, at the top (R 4/2). If different flange positions are required, they should be specified at the time of order.
All impellers are dynamically or statically balanced according to ISO 1940 Class 6.3.
They are designed with a special construction that provides axial balance without the need for a balancing disc.
Connections between stages are achieved with specially designed pipes, with pressure being taken from the pump's middle stage.
The direction of rotation is clockwise when viewed from the motor end. If required, the direction of rotation can be adjusted to counter-clockwise
ARS-KC type pumps standardly use grease-lubricated bearings.
